Thirty-seven years of experience in public and private accounting within banking, commercial real estate and commercial construction industries, including twenty-four years with RTC.
Responsibilities include all phases of Accounting Supervision and financial reporting.
CHESTER CARBAUGH, AIA
PROJECT MANAGER
Thirty-six years of experience in the construction industry, seventeen years with RTC.
Projects include medical, financial, commercial and government facilities.
Licensed Architect, member of AIA , licensed contractor.
M. BRITT POWELL
PROJECT MANAGER
Thirty years of experience in the construction industry in various capacities, thirteen years with RTC.
Responsible for project buyouts, scheduling and management.
Projects include restaurants, convenience stores, retail facilities, motels, hotels and office buildings.
COREY WINTER
PROJECT MANAGER
Twenty years of experience in the construction and networking industry, one year with RTC. Projects include the construction of travel centers, office spaces, fast food restaurants and fitness centers. Responsible for managing project to completion, including buyout, scheduling and turnover. Mr. Winter has a certificate from NTCI in fiber optic construction as well as a certificate from PTEC in HVAC-R and electrical.
CHRIS HIPSHIRE
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Twenty-one years of experience in the commercial construction industry, nineteen years with RTC.
Responsible for pre-construction budgeting and cost estimating.
Projects include restaurants, financial, retail, medical and commercial office developments.
Graduate of East Tennessee State University.
TYLER DENTON
ESTIMATOR
Seven years of experience in the construction industry, seven years with RTC.
Graduate of Pellissippi State Community College.
Responsible for pre-construction budgeting and cost estimating.
CHASE WOLFENBARGER
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Four years of experience in the construction industry, one year with RTC. Degree in Business Management from Pellissippi State Community College. Assists project managers in daily project planning and scheduling.
